If you’ve got an idea for a new business venture, or want to grow your existing venture, this two-part masterclass with renowned business mentor Johnny Martin will set you up for success. First, you will uncover the key elements needed to develop your business model and then use this as your basis for creating a compelling business plan and a sound financial forecast.
