OpenAI says that it plans to introduce a new subscription tier for ChatGPT, its viral AI-powered chatbot, tailored to the needs of enterprise customers.

Called ChatGPT Business, OpenAI describes the forthcoming offering as “for professionals who need more control over their data as well as enterprises seeking to manage their end users.”

Embedded Tigerland bar lost liquor license; neighboring business plans to take its place

BATON ROUGE – Reggie’s, a controversial Tigerland bar where 19-year-old Madison Brooks was drinking hours before her death, has lost its liquor license and will not reopen.

The bar fell under scrutiny immediately following Brooks’ death. Tests performed after Brooks was struck and seriously injured by a car on Burbank Drive showed her blood-alcohol level at .319, nearly four times the legal driving limit for a legal adult.

The business’s liquor license was suspended by state regulators pending an investigation into the case, but the license was permanently revoked Thursday.

Spok Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPOK) the stock price has seen a recent rally, but I believe the rally isn’t sustainable. Spok’s customers in the healthcare industry are struggling, and revenue has been declining for years. In response, Spok restructured its business and increased the dividend payout by 150%. Despite the restructuring, revenue is still expected to decline, and inflation will pressure operating costs driving down cash flow.

Unless something changes materially, I believe Spok cannot afford the current dividend by 2024. With that
