WILKES-BARRE —The Wilkes University Small Business Development Center got a major bragging right Monday, winning the US Small Business Administration’s Eastern Pennsylvania Small Business Development Center Excellence and Innovation award.

Shares in Tupperware have tumbled to their lowest level on record as the iconic food storage company warned investors that it is in danger of going out of business.
