CSC Relaunches Vets Hub for ADF Support

The Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) has relaunched its Vets Hub, an online platform designed to support Australian Defence Force (ADF) members, veterans, and their families. The hub consolidates superannuation guidance, practical resources, expert information, and real-life stories to assist users in understanding their superannuation, building financial confidence, and accessing relevant support.
First established in 2021, Vets Hub serves as a virtual entry point for the ADF community to access superannuation information and financial wellbeing support. The updated platform organizes its resources into three sections: ‘While you’re serving,’ ‘Transitioning,’ and ‘Life after service,’ enabling users to find information tailored to their current life stage.
The relaunch strengthens connections to veteran-focused organizations, acknowledging that ADF members and their families may engage with multiple services during and after military service. Partnerships with organizations like the Joint Transition Authority and the Veteran and Family Wellbeing Agency provide pathways to additional support for financial wellbeing, transition planning, and post-service life.

Dave Wilton, CSC’s head of defense and veterans liaison and Vets Hub founder, emphasized the importance of support at every stage of service and transition. “Support doesn’t start when someone leaves the ADF,” Wilton said. “It matters while they’re serving, it matters as they prepare to transition, and it matters as they start the next chapter of their life beyond service.”
Wilton added that the platform was created to simplify the journey for veterans and their families. “Whether someone is looking for information about their super, career support, wellbeing resources, or simply stories from people who’ve walked a similar path, we wanted them to know they’re not alone.”
