MHA boosts North West leadership with key promotions
Accountancy and advisory firm MHA has expanded its North West leadership by adding three new partners and a director as part of 14 regional promotions. This move shows MHA’s dedication to supporting internal talent to drive its regional expansion.
Lee Salter and Ben Harrison have advanced to partner roles within the firm’s wealth management team, while Hasan Hashmi has been promoted to partner in tax. These appointments reflect their exceptional contributions to client service and the firm’s overall success.
Based in Manchester, Lee joined MHA in 2001 and specializes in trusts, corporate structures, and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
Ben, primarily based in Preston, contributes over 16 years of experience in financial planning, with a focus on later-life planning and support for vulnerable clients.
Hasan, who joined in 2021, leads MHA’s North West human capital advisory team, providing guidance to businesses on employment taxes, staff incentives, and workforce issues.
Additionally, Matt Schofield has been promoted to audit director in Preston, having started with the firm as a trainee in 2012. His progression highlights MHA’s dedication to nurturing talent from within and promoting career growth.
These promotions follow MHA’s recent recruitment of 35 graduates and apprentices across its Preston, Kendal, Liverpool, Lancaster, and Manchester offices, further bolstering its regional presence and capabilities.
